One of the most internationally famous celebrations – “The Spanish festival with a tomato fight,” it is celebrated across several continents.
It takes place on the last Wednesday of August and is quite a sight to behold with a massive battle of hurling fruit in the town square and the surrounding streets including San Luis and Cid.
